What to Expect from Us

From the office you will receive accurate information regarding your holiday booking, with details of the accommodation, its position in resort, how to access your chalet and contact telephone numbers in resort of senior resort staff.

You will receive details on travel arrangements, transfers and information on all the resorts facilities if required, such as ski school, kid's club and crèche facilities and how to book them.

Our resort staff will greet you on arrival, please ensure you have sent us these details on your booking form. Show you to your chalets explain how the chalet works, for example, what time to expect meals or anything else relevant to your chalet. They will organise your lift passes and assist with any equipment hire or ski school requirements you might have.

We offer ski hosting to groups of Intermediate skiers and above (this means guests who can comfortably ski down red runs or more). The idea is to show you around our stunning and extremely lovely and extensive resort enabling you to get the most out of this huge area.

Groups are divided up so that you can ski either with a group of your own choice or standard. This includes pisted runs and conditions permitting some off piste itinerary routes.

N.B. It is extremely important when taking out insurance that it includes off piste skiing.

Staff will advise you on arrival which days you can expect ski hosting and where to meet.
